Broccoli

For some reason are garden isn't faring to well this year, but one thing has come in the best it has ever been.....the broccoli! Doesn't it look wonderful? OK, it may not seem that impressive, but if you had seen the pathetic looking broccoli we got last year this is 100x's better.

My husband (yes, this is his project) has been planting a garden for many years now. It still amazes me how you can take a little seed, put it in some dirt and it grows into something you can eat. Makes you kind of think that God knew what He was doing when He was putting this world together, doesn't it?

Plans for our next vacation.....

Don't know why....

I don't know why , but this is one of my favorite pictures from our trip to Michigan. It is simply my father-in-law staying at his post by the grill on the Fourth of July. It just makes me smile....don't know why.
